Returns & Refund
At Cozy Housie, we take pleasure in delivering premium goods in flawless packaging on schedule. We do not, by policy, accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive in great condition according to the order. However, our terms are as follows in the extremely improbable case that you would like to return the item:
Eligible items may only be returned within two days after delivery if they are discovered to be damaged. Please send an email to cozyhousie@gmail.com with your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a picture of the incorrectly delivered or damaged item, and we will take the appropriate action.
Your request must be received and approved by our team. Following receipt and approval of your request, we will schedule a return pick-up.
Following approval of your return, we will either offer a store credit note or issue a refund after deducting the shipping costs from the original purchase price. Please ensure that the item is unused and unwashed. For the refund to appear in your account, please give it five to seven business days.
